Please note that we expect to come back to your with a decision within 14 working days from submission date.
If you submit your appeal within 14 days from the date of issue, an opportunity to settle at reduced charge will be made available in the event that the appeal is unsuccessful.
Time will be reset from the day your appeal is received, so charges will not increase before we come back to you with appeals decision. Once a decision is made , you will be given 14 days to settle before the next stage of debt recovery commences.
