A PARKING CHARGE NOTICE OF £90.00 IS DUE WITHIN 28 DAYS OF ISSUE
Appeals should be made in writing to the postal address below within 28 days from the date of issue.
All appeals should be accompanied by supporting evidence.
Any driver/Registered Keeper appealing against a PCN within 14 days from the date of issue, will be given an opportunity to settle payment at the reduced amount in the event that their appeal is unsuccessful.
In the event that the appeal is unsuccessful, details of how to access the Independent Appeals Service (POPLA) will be made available.
Please note that by appealing to POPLA, drivers/Registered Keeper lose the opportunity to settle the PCN at the reduced charge, shall the appeal also gets rejected there.
Driver/ Registered Keeper details will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Driver/Registered Keeper data will be requested from DVLA only if PCN remains unpaid after 28 days from the date of issue.
When we receive driver data from DVLA, a Notice to Owner (Formal Demand) will be issued at £90.00. This gives the driver/Registered Keeper 28 days to settle the PCN.
If after 56 days from the date of issue or 28 days from date Formal Demand has been issued, the PCN remain unpaid, we have the right to pass driver /Registered Keeper details to contracted Debt Recovery agents for the purpose of recovering outstanding PCN charges.
Please note that charges will increase to levels as determined by Debt Recovery collection and recovery procedures.
Even after details have been passed over for Debt Recovery, drivers/ Registered Keeper can still submit appeals even though we will not be able to waiver any additional costs shall the appeals gets rejected by Appeals Dept.
