HOW TO APPEAL

A PARKING CHARGE NOTICE OF £90.00 IS DUE WITHIN 28 DAYS OF ISSUE

Appeals should be made in writing to the postal address below within 28 days from the date of issue.

All appeals should be accompanied by supporting evidence.

Any driver/Registered Keeper appealing against a PCN within 14 days from the date of issue, will be given an opportunity to settle payment at the reduced amount in the event that their appeal is unsuccessful.

In the event that your appeal is unsuccessful, please note that you must submit appeal within 21 days from Appeal Rejection Notice.

Parking Charge Debt Collection

DEBT RECOVERY

When we receive driver data from DVLA, a Notice to Owner (Formal Demand) will be issued at £90.00. This gives the driver/Registered Keeper 28 days to settle the PCN.

If after 56 days from the date of issue or 28 days from date Formal Demand has been issued, the PCN remain unpaid, we have the right to pass driver /Registered Keeper details to contracted Debt Recovery agents for the purpose of recovering outstanding PCN charges.

Please note that charges will increase to levels as determined by Debt Recovery collection and recovery procedures.

Even after details have been passed over for Debt Recovery, drivers/ Registered Keeper can still submit appeals even though we will not be able to waiver any additional costs shall the appeals gets rejected by Appeals Dept.

DATA PROTECTION

Driver/ Registered Keeper details will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Driver/Registered Keeper data will be requested from DVLA only if PCN remains unpaid after 28 days from the date of issue.
